Description
English: 2D-Echocardiography at 7 days post cryoinjury. Shown is the same fish as in Movie S1. The asterisk marks the injured ventricular apex. Shown is a sagittal section, the head of the fish is to the right, ventral side is upwards (see Fig. 1A for orientation). The epicardial border of the ventricle is marked in magenta. The movie is acquired at 48 Hz.
