Description
English: P-body dynamics in haploid and diploid wild type cells. Part I: P-body movement in a haploid cell: Images of a wild-type haploid strain expressing Edc3-GFP acquired every 60 seconds during 14 hours. Part II: P-body movement in a diploid cell. Images of a wild-type diploid strain expressing Edc3-GFP acquired every 60 seconds during 14 hours. Bright field images overlap fluorescent images. Several cell divisions can be observed.
