Description
English: PolyQ aggregates rupture the nuclear lamina. Cells stably expressing NLS-YFP (green) were transiently transfected with Htt-Q91-Cherry (red) and followed by live cell imaging for aggregate formation. NLS-YFP exits from the nucleus upon aggregate formation.
