Summary
[edit]DescriptionUSGS aerial photograph of the Prairie Chapel Ranch.jpg |
English: USGS aerial photograph of the Prairie Chapel Ranch before George W. Bush built his house. The five elongated objects at the top were hog barns (which Bush tore down) and were on Mill Road. Bush extended the road for the house. The Middle Brazos River is at the top. The elongated objects in the lower right corner were also hog barns and Bush tore all of them down except one. "The Governor's House" which was the original Englebrecht house is in amongst the barns. Prairie Chapel Road becomes Rainey Road at the intersection in the lower-left corner. |
