Description
English: Supplementary Movie 1 Epididymis from a KRT5Cre/tdTomatoLoxP mouse labeled for KRT5. 3D reconstruction from a stack of 0.1-µm interval images, acquired using a Nikon A1R laser scanning confocal microscope. KRT5 (green) labeling is present in all tdTomato-positive cells identifying them as BCs. Several BCs with long axipodia are seen.
