Description
English: The ratiometric, LP and HC measures of time-lapse FRET imaging. Movies of the ratiometric, LP and HC measures in the migrating cell expressing the biosensor Raichu–Cdc42. The ratiometric measures (RAT) are presented with those of the LP and HC measures in heat maps with the same range for comparison.
