English: 3-dimensional reconstruction of the human tumor depicted in Figures 6C and 6D. This tumor was resected from a patient with lung adenocarcinoma. 3-dimensional imaging was performed using the Imaris Viewer. Two nanotubes are evident in the longitudinal axis. The longer of the two nanotubes is greater than 70 µm in overall length and encompasses small blebs consistent with vesicular cargo. |
