English: The Tunnel Effect describes the fact that an electron goes through a potential barrier that should have repelled it if considered as a “classic” sphere-like particle.
This can easily be understood with the Spinning Particle Model: when the Center of Charge of the electron reaches the potential barrier its Center of Mass is decelerated. But the CC never stops rotating. If the barrier is narrow, because of its rotation, the CC can cross to the other side of the barrier, and a force to the right accelerates the CM. The electron has to be transversally polarized (The spin orthogonal to the direction of motion) Based on the theory of Spin by Martin Rivas. More info in www.
