English: Supplementary Movie 1d | Time-lapse images of actin remodeling captured under TIRFM. Timelapse images were recorded for 30 min at an interval of 15 seconds Scr-Latrunculin B/Ins: after re-adjusting the focus, same cell in (c) was treated with insulin and imaged.
