فارسی: محاکمه حمید نوری با نام مستعار حمید عباسی، دادیار سابق قوه قضائیه و شکنجه‌گر زندان گوهردشت در دهه شصت، به دلیل دست داشتن در کشتار زندانیان سیاسی در دهه شصت و مشخصاً تابستان سال ۱۳۶۷ آغاز شد. این اولین بار است که طی بیش از سه دهه پس از کشتار جمعی زندانیان سیاسی در تابستان ۶۷، یکی از متهمان به دست داشتن در این جنایت در دادگاه محاکمه می‌شود.

دادگاه پس از ۷۵ دقیقه برای تنفس متوقف شد. ایرج مصداقی، فعال حقوق بشر و از جان به‌دربردگان ۶۷ که نقش مهمی در دستگیری حمید نوری داشت، در استراحت دادگاه به «زمانه» توضیح داد که در بخش اول دادگاه دادستان کیفرخواست و نام قربانیان این کشتار را مطرح کرد و اسامی زندانیان چپی را که در این کشتارها به قتل رسیدند، نیز مطرح شدند. در آن تابستان، زندانیان مجاهد خلق و کمونیست و چپ‌گرا اعدام شدند.

به گفته مصداقی، وکیلان حمید نوری همه چیز را انکار و تقاضای خسارت کرده اند.
