Description
English: Effects of intrastriatal transplantation of tyrosinase cDNA-transfected human hepatocytes HLE cells on apomorphine-induced rotation behavior in hemi-parkinsonian mice. Representative movie of behavior at 5 min after apomorphine injection (0.5 mg/kg, s.c.) on Day 21 after the transplantation of HLE cells or HLE cells transfected with tyrosinase cDNA (1×106 cells/2 µl PBS) into lesioned side of lateral striatum in hemi-parkinsonian albino mice or sham-operated controls.
