Summary
[edit]DescriptionTouchstone Maze - geograph.org.uk - 388537.jpg |
English: Touchstone Maze This so-called maze is actually a labyrinth. (You lose yourself in a maze; you find yourself in a labyrinth as it helps meditation, you can't get lost.) It was designed by Helen Rowson in 1991. The rocks are arranged by age and kind. They were taken from across the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, and include Lewisian gneiss, some of the oldest in the world at 3,000 million years of age. |
