Description
English: CsA-mediated loss of CypA-DsRed from cores at late times after infection. TZM-bl cells were inoculated with IN-sfGFP (green) and CypA-DsRed (red) co-labeled pseudoviruses for 6 h at 37°C, after which time, the cells were imaged (designated as 0 min). Addition of CsA after 80 min results in a quick loss of CypA-DsRed from long-lived cores. Scale bar 20 μm.
