Description
English: In vitro time-lapse imaging of OPC-like cells in shiverer myelinating cultures. Cyto-GFP labelled neurospheres were added to myelinating cultures generated from shiverer embryos on DIV 13 and visualised on DIV 17 over 24 hours in 4 min intervals, using a Nikon TE2000 time-lapse microscope.
