Description
English: Three-dimensional shapes of fixed cells in different phases of morphogenesis. Part 1: A lateral-medial Z-series of a long yet irregularly shaped dextran-filled cell with one nucleus. Part 2: Rotation of a three-dimensional projection of a partially elongated dextran-filled cell in a fixed embryo showing an extension. Part 3: Rotation of a three-dimensional projection of myotube in a fixed embryo.
