Description
Español: La imagen muestra una fotografía realizada mediante microscopía confocal de doble inmunohistoquímica contra las proteínas MAP­2 (en verder) y GAP­43 (en rojo) en neuro­nas en cultivo primario.En azul se marcan los núcleos teñidos mediante DAPI. La imagen ha sido obtenida mediante la fusión de tres fotografías diferentes realizadas en cada uno de los canales de color (verde, rojo y azul).
English: The picture shows a microscopy photography of a double immunohistochemistry for the proteins MAP2 (green) and GAP43 (red) in neurons on primary culture. Nuclei, in blue, were stained with DAPI. The picture was obtained by merging three different photographies taken on each of the colour channels (red, green and blue).
