St. Paul, Minnesota July 7, 2016 A few thousand people met in St. Paul the day after Philando Castile was killed. After some speeches, the crowd marched to the Minnesota Governor's Mansion. Philando Castile was shot to death by a St. Anthony Police officer during a traffic stop in Falcon Heights, MN on July 7, 2016.
