| Description |
English: The construction of a car park at Borders General Hospital, Melrose. This new 152 space car park is being constructed to the west of the cricket pitch at Huntlyburn 203005 to help ease the current parking problems around the hospital site. The parking spaces at this new car park 6 are being formed with a compacted stone base on a vegetation resistant membrane, while the circulation areas will be formed in tarmacadam. A one-way system will be deployed with entry at car park 4 and exit out onto the Huntlyburn House drive. The car park should be operational in June 2009. |
