Summary
[edit]DescriptionThe boundary of the Western and Eastern Roman Empire on the Adriatic Sea.svg |
English: From the time of Emperor Theodosius the First (Flavius Theodosius, 379-395), the boundary of the Western and Eastern Roman Empire (the Adriatic) was near the Bay of Kotor, which was then called Risan bay. The border was at the borderline betweenPraevalis (Praevalitana) and Dalmatia. The limit goes approximately from Budva (Butua) Lovcen mountain region, above Kotor (Acruvium) and around the Bay of Kotor, through today's Krivošije and Niksic (Anderba). Piva river border went about its composition with the Tara River. (Source: History of Montenegro, the first book, 1967. Titograd). Godina, Titograd). |
