The Wrexham (Communities) Order 2009 - Gorchymyn Wrecsam (Cymunedau) 2009
Description
English: This Order is made in accordance with section 58(2) of the Local Government Act 1972. It gives effect to proposals of the Local Government Boundary Commission for Wales (“the Commission”) which reported in September 2007 and September 2008 on its reviews of community boundaries in part of the County Borough of Wrexham. The Commission’s report dated September 2007 recommended changes to the boundaries of Abenbury, Acton, Broughton, Brymbo, Caia Park, Coedpoeth, Gresford, Gwersyllt, Holt, Isycoed, Marchwiel, Minera and Sesswick communities and consequential changes to electoral arrangements. The Commission’s report dated September 2008 recommended a change to the boundaries of Abenbury and Caia Park communities and a consequential change to electoral arrangements. This Order gives effect to the Commission’s recommendations in its 2007 report, except for the recommendation for the change to the boundary between the Communities of Abenbury and Caia Park, and it gives effect to the recommendations in the 2008 report without modification. Gwneir y Gorchymyn hwn yn unol ag adran 58(2) o Ddeddf Llywodraeth Leol 1972. Mae'n rhoi effaith i gynigion y Comisiwn Ffiniau Llywodraeth Leol i Gymru (“y Comisiwn”) y cafwyd ganddo ym Medi 2007 a Medi 2008 adroddiadau ar ei adolygiadau o ffiniau cymunedau mewn rhan o Fwrdeistref Sirol Wrecsam. Yn adroddiad y Comisiwn dyddiedig Medi 2007 argymhellwyd gwneud newidiadau i ffiniau cymunedau Abenbury, Gwaunyterfyn, Brychdyn, Brymbo, Parc Caia, Coed-poeth, Gresffordd, Gwersyllt, Holt, Is-y-coed, Marchwiail, Mwynglawdd a Sesswick a newidiadau canlyniadol i drefniadau etholiadol. Yn adroddiad y Comisiwn dyddiedig Medi 2008 argymhellwyd newid ffiniau cymunedau Abenbury a Pharc Caia a gwneud newid canlyniadol i drefniadau etholiadol. Mae'r Gorchymyn hwn yn rhoi effaith i argymhellion y Comisiwn yn ei adroddiad yn 2007, ac eithrio'r argymhelliad ynghylch newid y ffin rhwng cymunedau Abenbury a Pharc Caia, ac mae'n rhoi effaith i'r argymhellion yn adroddiad 2008 heb eu haddasu.
