The United Nations Arms Embargoes (Rwanda) (Amendment) Order 2008
Description
English: This Order amends the United Nations Arms Embargoes (Liberia, Somalia and the Former Yugoslavia) Order 1993 by removing references relating to Rwanda in the Order to take account of the lifting of the arms embargo imposed on Rwanda by United Nations Security Resolution 918 (1994) of 17th May 1994. The arms embargo on Rwanda has been lifted following the adoption of United Nations Security Council Resolution 1823 (2008) which was adopted on 10th July 2008.
