English: The purpose of copyright is to build a rich public domain by incentivizing creativity with exclusive rights to control any copies of a creative work for a limited period of time. Copyrights are designed to expire so that new works can become public domain and then anyone can copy, share, sell and remix those works freely. the public domain makes all of us more intellectually wealthy and more free to think and create.
