Description
English: This Order gives effect without modification to the recommendations set out in the report of the Boundary Commission for England dated 31st October 2006. The report contains the Commission’s proposals for parliamentary constituencies in England and was created following the Commission’s review of the representation of England in the House of Commons. By virtue of section 3(7) of the Parliamentary Constituencies Act 1986 (c.2), the proposals in the report take into account the local government boundaries in operation on 12th April 2005.
