Description
English: This Order dissolves with effect from 1st August 2009 the further education corporation established to conduct Matthew Boulton College of Further and Higher Education, Birmingham. It provides for the transfer of the property, rights and liabilities of the corporation to Sutton Coldfield College of Further Education and secures the rights of its employees by applying section 26(2) to (4) of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992.
