English: The Local Government Boundary Commission for Wales was required by section 64(1) of the Local Government Act 1972 (as substituted by the Local Government (Wales) Act 1994) to review electoral arrangements as soon as practicable after the first elections to unitary authorities in May 1995. O dan adran 64(1) o Ddeddf Llywodraeth Leol 1972 (fel y'i hamnewidwyd gan Ddeddf Llywodraeth Leol (Cymru) 1994) yr oedd yn ofynnol i Gomisiwn Ffiniau Llywodraeth Leol Cymru adolygu'r trefniadau etholiadol cyn gynted ag y byddai'n ymarferol ar ôl yr etholiadau cyntaf i'r awdurdodau unedol ym Mai 1995.
