English: The A38 with Clumpfield Plantation Looking north-east along the A38, quite quiet on this snowy day, with Clumpfield Plantation on the skyline. The line of electricity pylons are a prominent feature in the landscape. Under the ridge to the left near Stidson, and in a tunnel runs the main Plymouth to Paddington railway line, originally surveyed by Isambard Kingdom Brunel for the South Devon Railway. |
