Description
English: Supplementary Movie 6 Representative time-lapse images of ionomycin-treated cardiomyocytes. Cardiomyocytes treated with ionomycin were imaged for 5 hours with 5 minutes intervals using the automated microscope. Sarcomeric structures of most cardiomyocytes were disrupted by the treatment of ionomycin (Fig. 4h).
