Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Calcium signalling in Pax6+/+ corneal epithelium wounded in the presence of thapsigargin. Fluo-3 imaging of intracellular calcium after wounding. Total length of video represents 2 minutes, red represents the highest calcium concentration, blue/violet the lowest. The wave initiates strongly at the wound edge but fails to propagate into the epithelial sheet.
