Description
English: Supplementary Movie 1 Illustration of how the N-terminal helices (shown in red) move during the gating of MscL (top view). As reported in Supplementary Table 1, each N-terminal helix is pulled around 8 Å away from the central pore axis during the 205 ns of active simulation. For exact calculations of the distance N terminus moved during simulations see Supplementary Table 1.
