Description
English: Additional data file 2 Movie2.mov – Real-time image sequence of an onion epidermal cell expressing GFP-MFP that demonstrated a lower frequency of peroxisome pausing events at sites that were coincident with MT locations. Epifluorescence images (n = 270) were captured every 0.2 seconds.
