Description
English: The localization of GpIbα in cell division. GpIbα was enriched at the cell cortex, then at the division site and finally it was enriched at the cleavage furrow and persisted through the completion of cytokinesis. The cell division was recorded with a fluorescence live-cell imaging microscope using HeLa cells transfected with GpIbα-GFP.
