English: Time-Lapse Sequence of an Uch2p-GFP α-Tubulin-GFP–Expressing pim1–1 Cell Undergoing Anaphase at the Restrictive Temperature of 36 °C
Three-dimensional time-lapse images were generated on a Zeiss Axiovert 200M microscope in epifluorescence mode. Image stacks consisted of five sections at 0.5-μm spacing taken every 60 s. Maximum-intensity projection images of each stack were combined into a QuickTime video. |
