Summary

Description
English: Time-Lapse Sequence of a Mia1p-Overexpressing Cut11p-GFP Cell Undergoing Mitosis Three-dimensional time-lapse images were generated on a Zeiss Axiovert 200M microscope equipped with CSU10 confocal optical scanner, 488-nm laser illumination source, and CoolSnap digital camera. Image stacks consisted of six sections at 0.5-μm spacing taken every 30 s. Maximum-intensity projection images of each stack were combined into a QuickTime video.
