Description
English: F4/80 hi CD11b lo cells are closely associated with splenic stroma. F4/80hiCD11blo cells in day 28 infected mice were intravitally-labeled with FITC-dextran (green). 30-micron spleen sections were stained with for smooth muscle actin (SMA) and Z stacks acquired in 1micron steps. 3D rendering was performed using VolocityTM software (Improvision). The movie was exported at 10 frames per second (fps) and shows the SMA+ stromal network (red) with tightly associated FITC-dextran+ cells. Nuclear staining was performed with DAPI (blue).
