Description
English: Filament gliding assay using monomeric MyoIX head fractionated by size exclusion chromatography. Fractions containing monomeric MyoIX head (MW = 181±4.5 kDa) with a concentration of 20 nM were collected from SEC and used for in vitro motility assay in the gliding-setup.
