English: Mitotic progression in WT. Movie showing the mitotic progression of a WT cell expressing GFP-Atb2 (green) and Sid4-CFP (red). The cell was grown at 36°C for 3–6 h, and images were acquired every minute for 14 min. Scale bar, 5 µm.
