Summary

[edit]
Description
English: 4-D movie showing no trafficking of either gD or anti-gDmFc to Tf-negative intracellular compartments under non-ABB conditions (corresponds to Figure 5C). 4-D confocal imaging of cells expressing gE-gI and gD-Dendra2 (green) treated with anti-gDmFc (blue) and Tf (red). Regions of Tf-gD colocalization appear yellow; regions of gD-anti-gDmFc colocalization appear cyan, regions of Tf-anti-gDmFc colocalization appear magenta, and regions of triple colocalization appear white. 4-D multi-channel confocal imaging was performed under conditions described for Supplementary Movie S1.
