Description
English: Effect of PBS and 100 mM BDM on myosin motors in Nicotiana benthamiana leaf cells. Leaves of N. benthamiana were agroinfiltrated with Golgi marker Man49-GFP, then 33 h later infiltrated with PBS or 100 mM BDM. Time-lapse confocal microscopic images were captured 6 h after the start of the drug treatment.
