Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Volume and diameter measurements of L. amazonensis PVs using isosurfaces. (A) Lysotracker signal exhibited by three large PVs in the same infected macrophage during the course of image acquisition. (B) Software recognition of the same three PVs. (C–D) For each recognized PV, the software attributed an isosurface that permitted PV volume, diameter, and Lysotracker RFI measurements. (C) PV diameter was measured at an intermediary plane of the multidimensional image. (D) PVs are represented by a statistic-coded isosurface for which color is in accordance with volume measurements, ranging from cyan (smaller volume) to magenta (larger volume). Multidimensional acquisition started after 2 h of infection, and the time of acquisition is shown as d:hh:mm.
