Description
English: Live imaging of wild type spermatocyte in pachytene stage. Wild type spermatocytes (21 dpp) co-expressing GFP-TRF1 and GFP-SCP3 cultured in medium supplemented with Hoechst 33342. Images were collected using a DeltaVision microscopy system. Exposures of 0.15 sec (for GFP) and 0.025 sec (for Hoechst 33342) were acquired every 7 sec for 4 min.
