Deutsch: Telemedizin kann sowohl in der Diagnostik, als auch bei Operationen hilfreiche Unterstützung für das behandelnde ärztliche Versorgungsteam bieten. Im Beitrag zeigen die Experten Dr. Madeja, Unfallkrankenhaus Berlin, und Dr. Magheli, Charité, praktische Anwendungsmöglichkeiten der Telemedizin und erläutern diese in ihren Vor- und Nachteilen. Zudem ist die Kamera live im OP dabei, als der sogenannte daVinci-Roboter der Charité eine Operation durchführt. Es wird deutlich, dass die Digitalisierung der Gesellschaft sogar bereits tief in das Gesundheitssystem vorgedrungen ist. Die Anfänge aber liegen erst kurz zurück: Im Jahr 2005 erst wurde die Deutschen Gesellschaft für Telemedizin gegründet, um die neuen Technologien bekannt zu machen. Um dem neuen Genre, dem enzyklopädischen Video, gerecht zu werden, hat das Team im Vorfeld die Rahmen-Parameter wie folgt definiert: Der Beitrag muss sich in seiner formalen und inhaltlichen Gestaltung an einem TV-Nachrichtenbeitrag (Bericht) orientieren und soll ein streng objektives, journalistisches Produkt sein. In der Bildsprache geht er jedoch über einen schnell produzierten tagesaktuellen Nachrichtenbeitrag hinaus und orientiert sich an der Ästhetik eines Dokumentarfilms. Dies findet in Kameraführung und Bildsprache/-Gestaltung Ausdruck. |
