Additional Notes | Rick got involved in the cause of Palestinian rights in 2007 after visiting the West Bank with his 12 year old son. He founded the itISapartheid collective in 2008 to try to find creative ways to tell the story of Palestinian suffering despite a mainstream media who ignore or distort the truth. Ana is a journalist and film maker. She worked as a producer for the national daily radio and TV news program Democracy Now! in the United States for four years and later as a correspondent for the show. She is also a founding member of the New York City Independent Media Center and the global Indymedia network which was a pioneer in citizen-produced journalism. Eron is a long-time media activist and film maker. He has produced several short videos that have helped to galvanize excitement for various community organizing projects in the United States.
