[edit]DescriptionTWIP - 2010-12-26 Journalist Ali Abunimah speaks in Stuttgart.vorb.oga |
English: Palestinian-American journalist Ali Abunimah (host of electronicintifada.net) speaks at the Palestine Solidarity Conference in Stuttgart, November 27, 2010. He explains why the so-called "two-state solution" leaves Israel's brutal oppression and injustice in place. It stems from falsely ignoring the power imbalance. An analogous approach in mid-19th-century USA would be to label the slavery issue as the "black-white conflict." We discuss further the significance of holding this meeting in Germany. Briefly, it represents a small crack, at least, in the German obeisance to “The Auschwitz Bludgeon.” |
