Description
English: try-5 sperm activate when treated with Pronase. try-5(tm3813) spermatids were treated with 200 µg/ml Pronase and images were acquired once a minute for 30 min. After activating, some sperm cells extend their pseudopods and crawl across the slide. Selected time points are shown in Figure 2B and 2C.
