Description
English: Video microscopy recordings in U373MG cells (top panels) and HEK293-NK1R (bottom panels) stimulated with SP (10 nM) in the absence (left panels) or presence of colchicine (middle panels), and the PAK inhibitor IPA3 (right panels). The addition of SP (100 nM) and the time corresponding to each frame are indicated in the bottom-left corner.
