Description
English: Time lapse recording of a SH3 mutant Mayven-EGFP in O2A-cmyc cells. Transfectants were visualised over 18 hr period and images collected every three min using a Nikon TE2000 with perfect focus. In this mutant Mayven remain perinuclear and can not be seen to be transported in the cell processes.
