Summary

[edit]
Description

To celebrate and support National Libraries Day 2012 I visited some of the libraries in the Medway towns. The sun came out which at least made the red bricks glow - but its a curious building, lots of angles and disjointed features. Busy on a Saturday though.

Update: Strood library is now in a refurbished former carpet showroom on the main street (opened 2015), and this building is to be refurbished as the local studies centre.
