Description
English: Strip lynchets, Middle Hill, near Warminster. Strip lynchets are earth banks caused by ploughing strips of land on hillsides in mediaeval times. These are on the south-east side of Middle Hill, viewed from the corner of the road to North Farm. The path crossing them is part of the Imber Perimeter path round the military training area.
