Description
English: Fluorescence intensity time lapse video of HCC1954 cells transiently expressing Raichu-Cdc42 biosensor and under Cdc42 inhibition. Cells were imaged live before (time 0) and after addition of Cdc42 inhibitor, every 5 minutes (200 ms exposure for EMCCD) for 60 minutes.
