English: The Carlos public service announcement (PSA) is a 30-second video that features Carlos talking about living with HIV and what being undetectable means to him. The purpose of the video is to share emphasis on the knowledge that people with HIV (PWH) who take HIV medicine as prescribed and achieve and maintain an undetectable viral load have effectively no risk of transmitting HIV through sex.
